Shipping and Delivery:

All our delivery costs are fixed, and we provide you with a tracking number for your parcel via email upon dispatch. If you have any questions about your delivery or suspect your parcel may have gone missing, please contact us immediately. By placing an order with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions on returns and exchanges.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

U.S. ELK offers a 7-day return policy for your convenience, allowing you to shop with confidence. Here's everything you need to know:

  1. Return Window: You have a 7-day period from the day your delivery was attempted to return your items. For exchanges, please note that the 7-8 day money-back period starts from the date of the original purchase.

  2. Condition of Goods: Returns are only valid if the items are returned in unworn and unused condition with all original packaging intact. This ensures that all customers receive products that meet our high standards of quality.

  3. Processing Returns: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  4. Late Returns: If items are returned outside the specified return period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods to the original delivery address.

  5. Return Shipping: It is your responsibility to return the items using a recorded and trackable service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. Please keep proof of postage until your return is processed. We are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns.

  6. Damaged Items: If your item is damaged upon receipt, please return it to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to repair or replace the item, but if that is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

  7. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this clearly on your returns form. For exchanges, the same 7-day return period applies from the date of original purchase. Please keep this in mind if you wish to exchange your goods for another product, as we may only be able to issue a credit note if the return period has elapsed.
