Shipping and Delivery:

All delivery costs are fixed, and we will provide you with a tracking number via email once your goods have been dispatched. If you have any questions about your delivery or believe your parcel has gone missing, please contact us as soon as possible. By placing an order with us, you automatically accept our terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

 

➔Returns & Exchanges:

U.S. ELK offers a 7-day return policy to give you ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you.

  • The return period starts from the day your delivery was attempted. You have days to return any items you are not completely satisfied with. To qualify for a refund, goods must be back with us by the 7th day from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging intact. This ensures that all returned items meet our quality standards.
  • We will process your refund or exchange within 7-8 working days after we receive your returned items. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • If items are returned outside the specified 7-day return period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note instead of a refund or to resend the goods to the original delivery address.
  • It is your responsibility to return the items using a recorded and trackable service. We cannot refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels, so please ensure you keep proof of postage until your return is processed. Please note that we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns.
  • If your item is damaged upon receipt, please return it to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to repair or replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Guidelines:

➔ All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. This ensures that your refund is processed securely and directly to your account.


➔ Please allow up to working days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time it takes for the refund to process may vary depending on your payment provider

➔ Please note that we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the item to us, including return shipping costs, will not be refunded.

Exchanges

 If you would like to exchange your goods, please state this clearly on your returns form. Keep in mind the following:

➔ The 7-day return period still applies from the date of the original purchase. If you want to exchange your goods for another product, please ensure the exchange is initiated within this period to avoid any issues.

➔ If you return an item outside of the 7-day period and request an exchange, we may issue you a credit note instead of processing an exchange.
